I have just waited 3 hrs for an update to complete. A setting screens app

a setting screen ‘ do more with your voice’ has appeared, it says choose and select accept to save them. The accept button is not working and i cant move past it.......ive tried turning the laptop off and on a number of times but the same screen comes back. This is a complete nightmare as i need to access data tonight that is located on this laptop..... Can anyboby offer any help please


i have selected an update option below, but dont really know what update it was!!!!!
