I had to have my software reloaded when my system crashed during my latest update. I have had people at Geek Squade get me up and running basically and my private hired tech was able to reinstall my files that I had backed up on a removable drive. He did not seem to know exactly what to do when I asked if he could get it set up as I had it. Anyway, I now have a mess. It appears I now have two drive settings with duplicate files in some locations. My question at this point is how do I get my .jpg files associated with Photo?
