1803 not installed, but no longer appears in Windows Update

A couple of weeks ago, 1803 showed up in Windows Update. It downloaded and seems to install. Windows asked me to restart, which I did. During the portion of the update after the reboot, I received an error that there was a driver problem and that Windows was rolling back, which it did. AFter the PC rebooted again, 1803 tried to install a total of six times, after which it quit trying and no longer appeared in Settings>Update & Security. However, if I look in the update history, Windows still thinks 1803 is waiting for a restart to finish installing. Restarts, however, don't show any indication of update 1803.


So, is my best bet going to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027322/windows-update-troubleshooter to see what the troubleshooter finds?
