Do i have a virus..?

I've googled all the processes that i could find in Task Manager. And 11 of them mighty be viruses..

here are the names: aswidsagenta.exe, dllhost.exe, winlogon.exe, System.exesvchost.exe, srtasks.exe, spoolsv.exe, services.exe, SearchUI.exe, searchprotocolhost.exe, and Lsass.exe.

p.s. i googled all of the stuff after my anti-virus software (avast) got hacked (i think).
