Bought a new HP all-in-one computer. Had everything transferred from old HP with Windows 7 Home Version to new HP. My old picture files do NOT have all my pictures, & the icloud (which I hate because I cannot figure out how it works!) has my pictures all scrambled up. They WERE in file folders by month. So when I want to send a picture, I cannot find it in the jumbled mess in icloud & trying to go to old pictures file, it tells me I don't have permission! How can I get help?????
