Problem:
-Xbox One controller only works sometimes. When I connect the controller via USB, it always has power, installs the driver if it's not installed, and a few of the buttons always work (Guide button, left and right triggers), but most of them don't.

-I got a BSOD "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" once when the controller was connected and seemed like a button was being pressed repeatedly.
I've tried:
-Uninstall/reinstall driver.
-Windows set to allow automatic install of drivers.
-Troubleshooter
-Multiple USB cables and ports.
-Firmware up to date in Xbox Accessories app.
The controller used to work normal until:
-Changed RAM
-Changed Keyboard and Mouse
