I'm on safemode and my keyboard won't work

Hello, I've been having problems with my laptop. I tried to fix it starting my computer on safe mode trough msconfig and it it started but now my keyboard does not work so i can't change out of safe mode and also I'm not able to restore it. As soon as I select restore it doesn't do anything. What can I do? Is there a way that i can wipe out my drive and start fresh?
