Windows 10 Feature Updates (1803, 1709, and 1703) not installing but Quality Updates install

I have been having a problem with the "new" Feature updates since the second to last Creators update. With 1703 my computer would download the files, begin the update, and eventually say that the update was taking longer than usual. After ~4 hours the update would finally finish and the computer would reboot. After rebooting, I would be able to get past the login screen only to have a black screen with a cursor. I "fixed" the issue by forcing the computer to restore to the previous version. The update was forced on me multiple times (5-6) before the update was finally successful. I had the same issue with the 1709 update but this one was never successful and eventually my computer stopped pushing the update on me.

Everything was fine until this latest update (1803). This time the update would complete and my computer would restart but an hour later say that I needed to restart to complete the update (1803 again). I've tried to do the 1803 update multiple times now (4-5) and I haven't gotten it to work. The Update Troubleshooter just tells me that I need to restart my computer to complete the updates. All of my drivers are up to date. How can I get my computer to actually update so I can work for more than an hour or two without it telling me to restart?
