Hi,
When I try to play games, it gives me the error, 'D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found', so I try to install 'dxwebsetup' from the Microsoft website, but when I do, I receive this error: 'An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem', but these log files are nowhere to be found.
My dxdiag says I'm running DirectX 12. My display driver is up-to-date, and there are no pending Windows updates. I've tried the 'sfc /scannow' command in the command prompt, but it found no issues. I even made a fresh install of Windows 10 but I'm still getting this error.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
