Performance of my pc has drastically decreased

I recently updated my windows 10 1709 to 1803 version , intially everything was fine , but gradually my pc has become too much slow . Earlier it used to boot up in just 20-25 secs but now it is taking more than 15 mins and after the update whenever i boot my pc it also shows incorrect time ( 2-3 hours ahead ) . Is it a bug or something else is the problem..?
