My operetion system is Russian but i want to change it to English

when i first started my PC i accidentally choose russian as main language and i want to change it. i tried to add English to the list of languages and make it main but my google and some of my system settings still on russian. I cant delete Russian from the language. i want to completely delete russian from my PC but i cant. what should i do?
