File explorer problem

One fine morning I cannot right click on Microsoft office document on file explorer. I have tried all possible solutions out there on internet. Nothing works. Is there a real solution for this. Or I just have to live with no right click, no delete, no move or copy of Microsoft office document. I see users reporting this since 2015. Is there a real solution from Microsoft?
