Installing a program for a single user on Windows 10 or a work around.

I have 2 programs from the same developer that I need to install on a laptop. The issue that I am having is that for all of the components of both programs to work correctly they would need to installed under separate users (something that has worked in the past). Is there a way to do this? Or a way to "hide" the install of one program from the other?


I am sure that I didn't chose the right category below but there wasn't anything for 3rd Party Applications.
