RODC Error: The Wizard Cannot Access The List of Domain In the Forest. The Network Path Not Found

Hi All,

I'm trying to configure a Read Only Domain Controller for one of the Country Offices but then I have hit a stumbling block.

I get the error message The Wizard Cannot Access The List of Domain In the Forest. The Network Path Not Found.

All servers are running Windows Server 2016.

The site configuration has been done.

I have a site-to-site vpn in place with VoIP already working.

domain - mydomain.org - 172.16.0.0

DC - locationdc001 - 172.16.0.2


The country office where server is to be deployed with RODC is:

mylocationsrv001 - 192.168.10.253.

I have read posts with almost similar problems but none to do with RODC.


As a result, I'm unable to deploy RODC.


Any help is welcome.
