I found this: Enable Standard Users to Run A Program with Admin Right
which just uses the runas command with /savecred switch which works, but I would have to connect to each user who needs to use that shortcut and type the admin password in one time for it to save in windows credential manager in their profile.
What is does not do though is allow them to check the "Run as administrator" box. If I have that selected it will ask for admin credentials each time. Is there no way without 3rd party programs to allow a standard user to run a program as admin on Server 2016?
