I have just updated my Windows 10 computer. My keyboard and mouse did not work afterwards (in fact, other keyboards and mouse didn't work either).
After booting into safe mode once, my keyboard magically worked. However, my mouse still doesn't work.
Things I see:
- In the device manager, there is no section for mouses or anything similar.
- There is an update (april 2018) that I cannot install no matter how many times I restart. It'll just tell me to check for updates again next time, and it'll find the exact same update for me to download and install, that won't install.
- Not a single mouse I've tried works. They are all Logitech mice (Only ones I own) so that might be a factor
- I see an update being referenced as the reason for my peripherals not working. I don't see this update in my update history and trying to install the fixing update says that it doesn't apply to my computer.
- Not in a position where I want to reset my computer. I have too many apps that I don't have the bandwidth to install again.
Please help?
