Hi,
I recently upgraded my Windows 7 desktop to Windows 10 using Microsoft's tool. The upgrade worked well.
But now, when the PC boots, my USB keyboards and mice just stop working as soon as the Windows loading screen appears (the keyboard lights turn off at this precise time). So I was never able to log into my account since Windows 10 installation. And I'm not even able to revert to Windows 7 or to do a system recovery...
I tried different USB keyboards and mice (which work well on other computers) and none worked on this one.
I tried a PS/2 keyboard but it didn't work either (I'm not sure this one is still functionning but I can't find other PS/2 peripherals).
I tried to run the Recovery tools using an installation drive but the peripherals still refuse to work on the language screen.
I also tried to trigger the Automatic Repair tool by aborting booting 3 times but my mouse and keyboard still don't work so I can't click any button.
What should I do?
My motherboard is an MSI Z97 Gaming 5.
Regards,
Seeven.
