Remote Desktop from my Windows 10 laptop to Server 2003 takes 20 minutes to load profile after entering password

Seems like only my laptop has an issue on the network. When I connect to my laptop from a remote location. It takes like 20 minutes to show my desktop after I enter the password. I have tried all the solutions I could find on the internet. My office IT is also clueless.
