My San Disk port suddenly is not recognized by my computer after a Windows 10 update. The flash drive itself works (plugged it into a convertor into my USB port, which works, and could see files).
I tried typing in services.msc, Right-clicked on Plug and Play, selected Properties, changed Startup to Disable, hit Apply and OK, then changed to Automatic, and Start, and finally rebooted my computer. But, that didn't help.
I also now get another error when logging in (saying that it doesn't recognize my user profile, and telling me to log-off and back on, which does no good). But, I can deal with that bug, which is more annoying, and do want my San Disk port to work again, as my computer is running out of space thanks to Windows updates.
