Hello, I would appreciate your help please.
I purchased a MSI laptop in January 2016 and it had Windows 8.1 installed and so I took advantage of the free upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and everything worked perfectly until a few months ago, then the message Activate Windows suddenly appeared on the bottom right hand side of my monitor. My activation key is a digital one, and so I downloaded some software to help me find the key and then I entered the key to activate but it wont accept it.
I'm old and I don't relish the thought of restoring my laptop back to factory settings (Windows 8.1).
Any help would be much appreciated.
