I had a computer problem which was exacerbated by windows phone support, and I had to reinstall windows 10. Since then I am unable to regain access to all of folders on all of my external drives. I have the latest updates, and everything else is working fine. Does anyone know what to do? Someone showed me a way to do it one folder at a time, but I have forgotten how, and I have many thousands of folders and files. I also don't have time to unlock each folder using the method which I have forgotten. There are over 10TB of information stored on my external drives.
