A friend purchased my megatron ll 14.1 reversible laptop for me online at Walmart.com but after setting up and connecting to the internet it asked for me to activate it. It asks for a 10 or 25 digit code that neither she nor I have. Its not on the laptop, no card or anything on the laptop and she cant find any on the confirmation and shipping receipts that were snt to her by email. What do I do? I would like it to be running at full upgrade and get what I paid for.
