window10 external device {DVD PLAYER} recognise but not read

hi my name is farnaz,

I don,t know much of computer, I bought a brand new fusion5 t80 window10, and a external device dvd ,when I connect this external dvd player without disc it show me that device is connected and working properly latest driver installed. but when I put a disc in tray and try to play it, does not play and also disappear this device from my pc , like there is no any device connected, and when I open dvd tray it appear again in my pc ,I tried with two different dvd players and there was same to same result, and these dvd,s works with other pc,

please help me,
