Cannot remove expired credit card fom MS account.

When I tried to remove an expired credit card from my account it told me it was tied to a subscription and I had to contact support to remove it. The problem is in trying to actually contact support. When I tried callback or schedule a call it keeps showing an error and to try later. Very frustrating.
