Hi,
I have A Toshiba Satellite with Windows 10 and I have been experiencing some problems with it.
1. Whenever I turn it on it gets stuck on the Toshiba logo and I have to keep turning it off with the power button up to 3 times until it goes to the screen where I enter my password.
2. The computer also turns off by itself from time to time. It just freezes and then shuts off, and when it comes back on either by itself or if I turn it on, there is no internet connection. When this happens I have to keep shutting it down and turning it back on until the internet starts to work. Also, there's an orange indicator with a wifi sign beside it that comes on when I turn the laptop on. Whenever it shuts off by itself and comes back on with the internet not working, the indicator does not come on.
I am wondering if this is caused by a virus. I have reset windows and also tried to scan and do a disk clean up in safe mode but I still have the same issue.
