Keyboard and mouse broken after latest windows 10 update

After latest windows 10 update (1803) both my keyboard and mouse started behaving weird. Keyboard often doesn't recognize pressed key, and sometimes starts repeating the key with no reason. Mouse sometimes can't single click, it always doubleclicks, no matter what I do, and sometimes zooms in/out instead of scrolling when using a wheel. I tried changing both keyboard and mouse, but it happens with other ones too.


Any ideas?
