When I click the up-arrow named "Show hidden icons" near the clock an icon box with 15 icons appear.
When I run a fullscreen app (1080p) and close/alt+tab back to desktop view (4k) this particular icon box appears behind and below the taskbar. Unlocking and moving the taskbar doesn't make all the icons appear. I can only see a small portion of that icon box! So I have to restart my PC in order to see the icons. It only happens when I swap between apps with different resolutions i.e the monitor turns "off and back on" for new signal.
Please help me solve this! Running Windows 10 ver. 1803 on a 4k monitor.
