Windows update error & public documents file error

I have been trting to upgrade windows 10 to 1803 but it asks me to uninstall QuickBooks that isnti installed after some search i found that i might be because of qbpos.db file in public documents, i tried deleting it but it gives me error "file corrupted or unreadable"

Spent 4 hours trying workarounds failed i am fed up know help plz ty
