After last update (2. june 2018) English language was added. 
As you can see I have EST, RUS and ENG in laguage settings. Sometimes there are 4 languages to choose from - ENG with EST keyboard.
I've already tried everything - and there is no way to remove them. I've even tried things that were described here: How to remove US Keyboard from Windows 10 language list
Still nothing. Installed EST language pack and turned it on, and still nothing!!!
On ENG there are icons that say speech-to-text and handwriting - I don't care about them as i cannot use Cartona (it works only in english and have no use for it). Tried even to turn off speech recognition - but i cannot find anywhere how to do it.
My problem is simple - I don't want to use ENG as my keyboard - how can i remove it???
