Home group is now being removed from 64 bits Windows home Ver. 1803, how can I add a shared printer through the local network?

I am using 64 bits Windows 10 Home edition and I used to print documents through a shared printer. After upgrading to version 1803 last week, homegroup is removed. May I know how can I access the other computer on my local network and add a shared printer?
