can't uninstall the update KB4078408

I had downloaded this update a day ago and my device has slowed down a hell lot. So, I decided to uninstall this update from updates and security in the settings , but I am not getting the uninstall button even after clicking on that update. Somebody please tell me how to uninstall this update.
