XblGameSave Task on Server 2016. Is this a joke?

Could someome from Microsoft explain to me why Xbox services exist on my Server 2016 machines and why in Task scheduler are they enabled to run on every user login and when computer is idle?

Companies pay millions for your software licenses and you include some garbage from Windows 10. Shame on you!
