problem with a setting

I have set keyboards what are the following English(UK), Bulgarian(Russian keyboard), Russian(Russian keyboard) and Spanish(Spain keyboard) but often I see keyboards popping up that I haven't set and I don't know why they do and the keyboards that do this are Bulgarian(Bulgarian keyboard) ,Bulgarian(US keyboard) and English(United States). How to deal with it so they don't pop up again?
