How long should I have to wait on a support ticket being investigated ?

I have raised my support ticket on the 1st June 2018 and today the 5th June I am no further on with it. I have been told that it has been escalated and is actively being worked on but seriously, it can't take days to fix a simple issue. (SharePoint online won't load for some users in our business) There seems to be no one that I can contact about this and I'm just left with an email address to contact.


Does anyone know of any way to contact a service manager about my case? This outage is causing a lot of disruption and loss of earnings in our business and I need it resolved ASAP?
