Warnings of low memory

For several weeks I am getting "You are low on disk space" and my drive shows only 7.6 KB left. It prevented downloading of the new Microsoft Update 1803. I have seen on YouTube that this involved a Microsoft error of creating a new volume partition that is taking up too much space. I am attaching what my Disk Manager and other 2 messages below. There is no way my computer has such little memory. Unfortunately I cannot find the same specifications that were described in a couple of YouTube videos about this problem. Help will be greatly appreciated.
