Error 0x80070718: Not enough quota is available to process this command

I'm having this issue when trying to copy a file from my desktop to a network folder that is hosted by 1and1.

I only have this issue with this network folder.

I'm on windows 10 home so I don't have the offline file management in the sync center to change my limits.



any help would be appreciated!
