Can't Open my One Drive Files

One Drive was working great and I was accessing my files from multiple computers but now can't open anything. File Explorer shows the files but the icon is showing for psynching. I tried working with Xcel online and saving the file to my One Drive but it won't open those either. When I click on the file Xcel just reverts to the opening dialogue box with no data showing.
