Microphone not working on a brand new Surface Book 2

Hello,


I got a brand new Surface book 2 a couple of weeks ago and I just notices that the microphone doesn't work. I tried to use the troubleshooter and it says that my Realtek High Definition Audio (SST) is disconnected. I am surprised since the microphone is built-in. Could you please advice me what should I do next?
