HP Envy 7640 (all in one) is offline and will not print.

I have an HP Envy 7640 and it randomly stops printing on it's own. I use it for a certain time period and then all of a sudden when I need to print it will not. It's telling me that it's off line. I can print an HP configuration page, I printed the cleaning and alignment pages but it will not print a document from the queue at all. I have turned it off, back on. I have unplugged it, I have checked the settings but unable still to determine why the printer is offline and how this keeps happening. Can anyone help answer my question?
