Picasa 3.9.138.150 Win 10

I am having a problem trying to email photos using the email option. Before it would find my contacts and fill them into the "TO" field not it does not. I have to key the entire email address of recipient. Any suggestions, I like Picasa over others even it is not supported anymore.
