ok, i need help BIG TIME..

OK, so My laptop is running the CURRENT Recently Updated version of Windows 10 , and on June 3, 2018

I ACCIDENTALLY/INADVERTENTLY stopped/terminated my Microsoft\Windows\Explorer.exe.. which completely DISABLED my ENTIRE DESKTOP .

**<{THIS ONLY HAPPENED BECAUSE MY CURRENT ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION PROGRAM HAS REPEATEDLY MARKED THIS FILE AS 'MALICIOUS MALWARE' AND BLOCKED/QUARANTINED IT, AND THE FILE KEPT TRYING TO ACCESS MY LAPTOP MEMORY AND THE ANTIVIRUS KEPT BLOCKING IT 2X EVERY DAY, SO I WAS GONNA DISABLE IT SO THIS "MALICIOUS MALWARE" WOULDN'T HURT MY SYSTEM}>**

WHAT A MISTAKE! Now, with that being said, I am STILL able to access my browser, files, apps, pics etc.. HOWEVER, when i power up my laptop I have a BLACK desktop screen and NONE OF THE SHORTCUTS, NO START MENU, NO SEARCH, ETC ETC-- I GOT NOTHIN! and in order to access ANYTHING, I have to do a CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE to open the Task manager, then select desired program, right click then select the "SEARCH ONLINE" option.; this opens my chrome...

I've tried going to my Control Panel and attempted a RESTART on Microsoft explorer exe, to NO AVAIL and received this message: "MICROSOFT\WINDOWS EXPLORER.EXE IS NOT FOUND" Then I tried a SYSTEM RESTORE and selected the date BEFORE my ACCIDENTAL termination of the executable.. and when the restore completed , and laptop powered back up,.. i STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ,,, HELP ME PLEASE SOMEONE!

thanks in advance,
