Apps no longer open since update on my PC but work on my laptop

Since the update (Creator), none of my apps from the Microsoft store work on my one PC (e.g. News). They open and close right away. Everything works fine on my other devices which also have been updated. I tried the troubleshooting and permissions but not working. Should I uninstall and reinstall Win10?
