Keeps asking for to choose an application

Hi,

I continueously get the Choose application with opening when I start wondoes 10

and at other times. Tonight it started and remained in the centre of the desktop and blocked out ant program I had open

I had to open Task manager to close it.

The more annoying part of this is , It never shows what Program/application it is trying to open

Which leaves me in the dark

Surely it should reveal the program , how else are you to know , without having to spend yonks of time finding it

Please help
