No homegroup. Cannot turn off password protection.

Hi

Just done the April update and cannot see other computers on the network but can see wifi printer and gateway. Other computers can print.

Tried to turn off network password protection but it just closed the box and when I checked it was back on.

Tried to find guest user account but only I as administrator was available.
