In addition, I keep getting the notification "You need to fix your Microsoft Account for apps on your other devices to be able to launch apps and continue experiences on this device".
I ran the Microsoft Account troubleshooter to try to figure out why I can't get to anything. I kept getting "Sign in with your most recent password", "Cannot connect to the sync service" and "Rootcauses found and created logs" for the issues, but I have no way of "signing in with my most recent password" (I set my account to a PIN on my main laptop for security) or verifying this computer since I cannot access my Settings.
What can I do to get access to my settings so I can fix the issues with my Microsoft Account?
