problem in the microphone

i want to use my microphone but the problem the mice is not working i try every thing even update all the drivers ..so i opened google and i fount an option on sittings then system then sound but the 2nd problem that i dont have the the option of the sound ihave every thing els energy saving ....etc


anyone can help me to find sound option >>>?
