Windows 10 mouse lags when Laptop is unplugged from power adapter and work in "Best battery life"

Hi all ,


I have a problem with my laptop when it's unplugged from the power adapter and switches to "Best Battery Life"


The whole OS starts to lag with very noticeable Mouse and Keyboard input freezes .


No matter OS version or drivers. From Windows 10 1507 to the latest 1803. Driver versions are up to date
