Cursur moves backwards into already typed text, I don't understand computer terms so please if you can help make it easy. Thanks

As above, I've been happily typing away looking at the keyboard (it's too too long ago since I last did touch typing) when I notice the cursur has moved into what I've typed.


How do I stop it please.
