Installed Font from a Previous Windows 10 Installation

A bad Windows update recently forced me to do a fresh reinstall of Windows 10. My old Windows is now in an "old" Windows folder. I have my computer practically at what it used to be except my fonts. Is there a way I can extract my old fonts from the old Windows installation and copy and paste these into the current running Windows 10? I can't quite find where these old fonts were stored. Would appreciate a reply. Thank you.
