Following a problem with a software download, I contacted Intel (my laptop processor supplier). They told me that 'Windows 7 is the maximum your processor supports and you may roll back to Windows 7, for the full functionality of the system as the drivers are available'. I am currently running Windows 10 (as an upgrade?) on an Intel Core i3 - 370 processor. Why does something (Windows 10) presented as an improvement end up with me losing functionality and why is this not highlighted before you go ahead with the download?
